Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering

  1. To meet the requirements of modern industries, students are educated in state-of-the-art polymers and materials, bio-engineering, precision manufacturing, energy consumption, and green industrial concepts.
  2. Reinforcement is given to ideas related to industrial safety, hygiene, and pollution prevention and treatment so that graduates avoid industrial accidents and negatively impacting the environment.

Department of Mechanical Engineering

  • Distinguishing Department Features:
  1. The curriculum has three divisions: Mechanical Design, Energy Technology, and Digital Mechatronics. Upon completion of their chosen course of study, students are eligible to seek employment in the fields of semi-conductor fabrication, energy technology, mechatronic integration, and intelligent manufacturing and development.
  2. To train students for developments in energy conservation and carbon reduction, courses related to "carbon footprint verification," "carbon footprint studies," and "energy conservation" will be introduced to the curriculum.

Department of Textile Engineering

  • Distinguishing Department Features:
  1. The coursework covers a range of subjects that include: the science of textiles, the engineering behind spinning and weaving, the physics and chemistry involved, the art of dying, textile finishing and testing, and quality control, as well as pertinent legislation related to the industry.
  2. Completion of the coursework provides the students with a comprehensive understanding of the marketing aspects within the design field. Coursework includes e-commerce, the online retail market, the construction of prototypes, and industrial pattern design.

Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology

Department of Animal Science

  1. The professional domains of our curriculum consist of animal-food products processing, nutrition and feeding, breeding and genetics, physiology and healthcare, and biotechnology with biomedicine.
  2. The department is closely affiliated with related industries. These include: livestock (poultry, swine, dairy cows, and sheep), pet animals (dogs and cats), as well as laboratory animals (rats and rabbits).

Department of Forestry and Nature Conservation

Department of Architecture and Urban Design

Students' knowledge of architecture and urban design is enhanced by the myriad fields associated with them. Department of Urban Planning and Development Management

  1. The curriculum emphasizes complete spatial planning and design in conjunction with real estate development practices. The department regularly organizes and participates in interscholastic and international workshops and competitions related to planning and design. These not only train students, but equip them with practical professional skills that facilitate their employment upon graduation.
  2. Merit scholarships of $600 to $1,300 USD are offered annually to the top three students in each grade.
